Couple needs to stay here

I have to say, the staff? Absolutely top-tier! They went out of their way, like when they surprised me with a birthday cake. And the room? Chic decor, perfect space, I practically lived in that comfy bed. Gin and tonic waiting for us in the room, what more could you ask for?

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was well worth it.

i had an amazing stay at this hotel after a couple of nights at another place in lisbon, and it totally exceeded my expectations. the spa facilities were a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered breathtaking views alongside delicious cocktails. the staff provided top-notch service, making our experience even more memorable.

air conditioning was ineffective

The rooftop bar was a highlight, and we enjoyed cinema nights and guest DJs. We took a short walk to the Cais do Sodré ferry terminal and explored beautiful spots nearby. The staff was super helpful, and the mini bar was a nice touch for our convenience.

However, our shower didn’t work well, with low pressure and temperature issues. It was frustrating after asking for help but getting no resolution. Make sure to check your amenities before settling in.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The shower in my room had poor water pressure and fluctuated between scalding and freezing temperatures. Despite several requests to address this issue, nothing was resolved during my stay. Additionally, the noise level from nearby areas was bothersome, making it difficult to relax.

On the downside, securing restaurant bookings needed more clarity, as some requests seemed confusing. A couple of minor issues with room amenities could be addressed for even better comfort. The warm and attentive staff truly made the experience special, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay.

the stay was fantastic with spacious rooms and friendly staff. It's just a few steps from the beautiful botanical garden and the vibrant Time Out Market, making it easy to enjoy Lisbon's charm on foot. however, the pool area could use better management to avoid overcrowding.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was really spacious and stylish. The mid-century design is a nice touch. Comfy bed and super quiet, which was great for sleeping. Loved the glass door in the bathroom, it gave it a unique vibe. They had these cool little treats left for us daily, and the view from the room was just perfect. Really felt like a special place!

The staff was exceptional. they surprised us with a birthday cake! 🎉 The only downside was the lighting in the bathroom—hard to see while getting ready. Overall, a lovely experience!
